titleOfInvention | Application of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism of Goat PRNT Gene in Early Selection of Lambing Traits |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of goat PRNT gene single nucleotide polymorphism in early selection of lambing traits. Using goat whole genome DNA as a template, primers were designed with reference to the single nucleotide polymorphism site in the CDS region of the goat PRNT gene, and the genotype of the single nucleotide polymorphism site in the PRNT gene was identified by sequencing the amplified fragment. According to the results of trait association analysis, the different genotypes of the PRNT gene mutation site c.71A>G were significantly related to the litter size of goats, which can be used to quickly establish goat populations with excellent genetic resources. |
