abstract | The invention provides a method for regulating and controlling the setting time of type II phosphogypsum, which comprises the following steps: after being crushed and ground, the granular steel slag is mixed with 0.2 mol/L-1.2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for modification for 10 min-3 h to obtain modified steel slag; the modified steel slag is mixed with calcium aluminate cement and semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum to obtain a mixture, and the setting time of the II-type phosphogypsum can be regulated and controlled. The method has the characteristics of obvious setting accelerating effect and short initial and final setting time interval, and can meet the requirements of producing gypsum building material products and production construction by using II type anhydrite; solves the problems of slow setting of II-type anhydrite and unfavorable production and construction, has simple process and low cost, and provides a new way for the resource utilization of steel slag and waste sulfuric acid. |
