titleOfInvention Preparation method of rat model with hepatic failure
abstract The invention particularly relates to a preparation method of a rat model with liver failure, which comprises the following steps: 1) 2mL of chloral hydrate is used for anesthetizing a rat through an intraperitoneal injection way, 5mL/kg of 50% solution carbon tetrachloride solution is injected into the abdominal cavity at one time by using an injector every monday and friday, the abdominal cavity is continuously injected for 3 weeks, and then blood is collected through the orbit to test the liver function; 2) rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and transplanted with stem cells via portal vein, and then induced to successfully inject stem cells into 1X 10 cells via portal vein 7 Cell concentration per ml; 3) observation indexes are as follows: i, observing survival conditions after carbon tetrachloride induces rat hepatic failure; II, liver function determination: glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase, albumin, pathological section and other indexes; 4) statistical analysis: the analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software and the data are collectively represented as x. + -. s. The method is simple, and the animal model preparation success rate is high.
