abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of glass-like polymer materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of glass-like polymer materials containing cross-linked covalent networks. It consists of the following steps: (1) Mix 100 parts of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, 75-100 parts of sebacic acid and 5-10 parts of TBD, and stir in a water bath at 45-70°C for 20-30 hours; (2 ) Place the mixture obtained in step (1) in a vacuum dryer at 50-60°C for 65-80 minutes, put it into a mold and place it at 90-95°C for 125-135 minutes; (3) After the mixture becomes clear , at 145-150°C, heat for 480-520 minutes, then heat and cure at 160-170°C for 480-520 minutes, take out to get the finished product. The preparation method has a simpler process and realizes mass production, so that the performance of the prepared material is also more superior in all aspects. |
