Described 4-(5-(cyclohexyloxy) pyridine-2-yl) morpholine-2,6-dione structural formula is shown in formula I: Pharmacological studies show that the compounds prepared by the present invention, as corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) receptor antagonists, can be used to treat central nervous system disorders and stress-related disorders caused by the increase of endogenous levels of CRF. |
