titleOfInvention | A kind of domestic waste resource utilization method |
abstract | The invention provides a method for recycling domestic waste. The method is that after the domestic waste is classified into combustible garbage, kitchen waste and other garbage according to the existing classification method, the combustible garbage and kitchen waste account for more than 90% of the total amount. Garbage is treated by drying unit and pyrolysis unit respectively. The drying device utilizes the sensible heat of the volatiles produced by the pyrolysis device, the waste heat of exhausted flue gas and solar heating; the dried product is sent to the pyrolysis device. The volatile matter generated by the pyrolysis device removes tar and particulate matter through the stack of kitchen waste in the drying device, and then enters the combustion furnace after condensation and washing to generate high-temperature flue gas to heat the pyrolysis device. The kitchen waste is heated through the multi-tube holder of the drying unit. Part of the char produced by the pyrolysis device is used as biochar or building material, and part is mixed with kitchen waste and sent to the drying device. The invention realizes the harmlessness and resource utilization of domestic garbage. |
