According to the invention, through the efficient coupling of the flue condenser and the wet desulphurization tower water system, the judgment and the intelligent regulation of the water consumption q1 of the wet desulphurization tower and the water collection q2 of the flue condenser are realized, the water consumption of the wet desulphurization system is reduced, and the self-regulation of the water balance of the wet desulphurization system and the zero water supplement of the system are realized according to different requirements.
