titleOfInvention Device and method for recycling heavy metals in electroplating sludge by using biological leaching coupling electrode electrodialysis technology
abstract The invention discloses a device and a method for recovering heavy metals in electroplating sludge by utilizing a biological leaching coupling electrode electrodialysis technology, wherein the device comprises a cathode chamber and an anode chamber, and the device also comprises: the biological leaching chamber is arranged between the cathode chamber and the anode chamber, and a stirring paddle and a pH measurement induction probe are arranged in the biological leaching chamber; a first reference electrode and a cathode electrode disposed within the cathode chamber; a second reference electrode and an anode electrode disposed within the anode chamber; the first reference electrode and the second reference electrode are connected with an external power supply through leads; the cathode electrode and the anode electrode are connected with the electrochemical workstation through leads. The device can increase the elution of heavy metals in the electroplating sludge in the biological leaching chamber in an ionic state by utilizing the biological leaching, realize the separation of anions and cations and realize the recovery of metals such as Cu, Zn, Cr, Ni and the like in the cathode chamber.
