abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of high-pigment carbon black-polyamide master batch, which comprises the steps of selecting high-pigment carbon black with small primary particle size, introducing carbon-carbon double bonds on the surface of the carbon black as polymerization sites by carrying out oxidation modification on the high-pigment carbon black and matching with modification of a specific coupling agent, initiating in-situ polymerization of (methyl) acrylamide monomers and (methyl) acrylate monomers, introducing hydrophilic solvent chains on the surface of the carbon black, promoting the compatibility of the carbon black and polyamide carrier resin and avoiding agglomeration of carbon black particles; meanwhile, in order to improve the dispersibility of carbon black particles in polyamide carrier resin, the invention selects two polyamide resins with different melt indexes as carrier resin for dispersing high-pigment carbon black, when preparing the high-pigment carbon black-polyamide master batch, firstly, the carbon black is dispersed in the polyamide resin with high melt index to form pre-dispersed particles, and then, the pre-dispersed particles are dispersed in the polyamide resin with low melt index to form the high-pigment carbon black-polyamide master batch. |
