The natural rubber-banana peel powder composite material provided by the present invention includes the following preparation materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of natural rubber latex in dry rubber; 0.2-5 parts of epoxidized natural rubber latex in dry rubber; banana peel powder 2 to 30 parts; vulcanization processing aid 0.2 to 12 parts. The invention utilizes the ring-opening chemical reaction between the hydroxyl group or amino group in the banana peel powder and the epoxy group in the epoxidized natural rubber, which is beneficial to improve the dispersibility of the banana peel powder in the natural rubber matrix, and finally obtains a product with good mechanical properties and relatively high performance. Natural rubber-banana peel powder composite material with low heat generation performance; meanwhile, the chemical reaction between the aldehyde group in banana peel powder and the amine group of protein in natural rubber latex is beneficial to reduce the content of allergic protein in natural rubber. |
