titleOfInvention | Plant starch biosynthesis related protein OsSBP1, and coding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a plant starch biosynthesis related protein OsSBP1, and a coding gene and application thereof. The protein provided by the invention is the protein of the following (a) or (b): (a) a protein consisting of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1; (b) a protein which is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more amino acid residues to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO.1, is related to plant starch biosynthesis and is derived from SEQ ID NO. 1. The coding gene of the protein is introduced into a plant with abnormal starch synthesis, so that a plant with normal starch biosynthesis can be cultivated. The protein and the coding gene thereof can be applied to genetic improvement of crops. |
