titleOfInvention | A two-dimensional silver bismuth halide double perovskite material and its synthesis and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a two-dimensional silver-bismuth halide double perovskite material. The steps include adding phenylethylamine bromide, a silver-containing compound, and a bismuth-containing compound into an aqueous solution of hydrobromic acid, and the mixture is kept under nitrogen protection for 100 ℃. Stir at ℃~120℃ for 3~5h; after the reaction, cool to room temperature, quickly filter with suction, put the obtained crystal into a vacuum oven at 60℃~80℃ for 18~24h. The preparation method of the invention is simple, and the obtained two-dimensional perovskite is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and very stable, and has good application prospects in the field of photovoltaics. |
