The invention discloses a two-dimensional silver-bismuth halide double perovskite material. The steps include adding phenethylamine bromide, a silver-containing compound and a bismuth-containing compound into an aqueous solution of hydrobromic acid, and the mixture is protected by nitrogen for 100 minutes. Stir at ℃~120℃ for 3~5h; after the reaction, cool to room temperature, quickly suction filter, and put the obtained crystals in a vacuum oven at 60℃~80℃ for 18~24h. The preparation method of the invention is simple, the obtained two-dimensional perovskite is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and very stable, and has a good application prospect in the photovoltaic field. |
