titleOfInvention An Analog Domain Calibration Method Applied to SAR-ADC
abstract The invention discloses an analog domain calibration method applied to a SAR-ADC. In the present invention, a capacitor only needs to be connected to two logic levels, namely: VREFP and VREFN. Compared with the traditional bottom plate sampling, the present invention saves the logic switch connected with the VCM level, and saves the buffer of the bottom plate VCM level. Based on a split capacitor array, a method for calibrating SAR‑ADC errors in the analog domain is proposed. The specific contents include: first, add a row of binary weighted capacitor arrays next to the capacitors to be calibrated to compensate for the mismatch of the capacitors; then mark the output digital codes. When these marked digital codes are detected, the calibration logic is turned on and the compensation is switched. Capacitance; the final calibration sequence is forced to calibrate from low to high to ensure the validity of the calibration.
