abstract |
The electrophoretic dispersion liquid of the present invention is characterized by comprising scattering first electrophoretic particles having ionic groups on the surface, colored second electrophoretic particles having polar groups on the surface, and a dispersion medium. In addition, it is preferable that the ionic group is an acidic group and further has a cyclic structure capable of forming a salt with the acidic group. More preferably, the polar group is an organic group having a main skeleton and a substituent bonded to the main skeleton. |
