titleOfInvention Low-easy-oxide water-based adhesive for medicine packaging and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a low-oxidizable substance water-based adhesive for medicine packaging and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of adhesives, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials; adding a filler and composite polyol into a reaction, uniformly stirring, and then adding epoxy resin, diisocyanate and dimethylolpropionic acid into a reactor; adding dibutyltin dilaurate, triethylamine and distilled water into a reactor, and uniformly stirring to obtain a polyurethane emulsion; putting trimethylolpropane-tris [3- (2-methyl aziridinyl) ] propionate and a stabilizing additive into a reactor, mixing with the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and uniformly stirring. According to the invention, trimethylolpropane-tris [3- (2-methylaziridinyl) ] propionate and a stabilizing auxiliary agent are added into the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and the stabilizing auxiliary agent and carboxyl in the polyurethane emulsion are subjected to a crosslinking reaction to lock free easily-oxidizable substances in the polyurethane emulsion in a polyurethane binder system, so that the degradation of high polymer materials is reduced and prevented, and the easily-oxidizable substances are effectively reduced.
