The synthetic route is as follows: By optimizing the reaction conditions, compared with the technical route disclosed by Gao Xuezhi et al., the oxidation reaction time is unexpectedly shortened from 15h to about 3 hours, and the HPLC purity can reach 99%; the bromination reaction is shortened from 15h to about 6h , the yield was increased from 70% to 92%, and the HPLC purity was also as high as 98%. Using green and pollution-free water as a solvent, the oxidation reaction can directly carry out the second-step bromination reaction without post-treatment, which reduces the post-treatment process and improves production efficiency. |
