titleOfInvention Preparation technology of acid-resistant slate glass and acid-resistant slate glass
abstract The invention provides a preparation process of acid-resistant slate glass and acid-resistant slate glass. First, the glass substrate to be treated is sliced, edged, cleaned and dried; then, the acid-resistant glass ink is printed on the surface of the pretreated glass substrate with the background color and pattern by screen printing; wherein, the acid-resistant glass ink contains a mass ratio of (1.2~1.8): 1 of bismuth oxide and silicon dioxide; then the printed glass substrate is placed in a tempering furnace, heated and sintered at 620 to 780° C., and then cooled to room temperature by hot air and cold air in turn to obtain Acid-resistant slate glass. In the invention, the mass content of bismuth oxide in the acid glass ink is reasonably controlled to be 1.2 to 1.8 times the mass content of silicon dioxide, and based on the composition, the sintering process and the air cooling process are finely adjusted to promote the entry of bismuth ions into the glass network structure. The glass body is formed, thereby significantly improving the acid resistance of slate glass.
