The invention provides a lithium cobalt oxide precursor with a coating structure, a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises: mixing and stirring a cobalt source doped with a metal element and a metal salt solution; Continue stirring to obtain a precursor mixture, and the precursor mixture is sintered to obtain a lithium cobalt oxide precursor having a coating structure. The application uses a liquid phase synthesis method to coat the metal hydroxide on the surface of the lithium cobalt oxide precursor, so that the coating is more uniform, and the coating layer can exist stably, and a stable solid solution coating is formed in the subsequent multiple sintering processes. The interface makes the material structure more stable and the electrochemical performance is better. |
