The invention discloses a method for preparing micro-nano medium-entropy and high-entropy materials by laser ablation. 1) Precursors fitted to each element in the medium-entropy or high-entropy materials are uniformly dissolved in an equimolar ratio or a nearly equimolar ratio in a solvent, and then drop-coated onto the substrate and evaporated to dryness; 2) the substrate in step (1) is transferred to a container (beaker), and processed by laser in a liquid phase environment.
