abstract | The invention relates to a disinfection treatment method of a new branch of sargassum thunbergii, belonging to the field of marine algae cultivation, wherein the method comprises the steps of taking the new branch of sargassum thunbergii, cleaning the new branch, soaking an alga body in 1% povidone iodine for 15s, and then cleaning and soaking the alga body in sterilized seawater; soaking the algae in sterile pure water for 1h, and then cleaning and soaking with sterile seawater; placing the algae in sterilized seawater containing antibiotics, and performing aerated culture for 3 days under the conditions of 15 deg.C and 15 μmol photons/(m) 2 S), the photoperiod is 10L to 14D, and sterilized sargassum thunbergii newborn branches are obtained after the sargassum thunbergii is washed by sterilized seawater. The method can kill microorganisms inside and outside the new branches of the sargassum thunbergii, and does not influence the normal growth of the new branches. |
