abstract |
The present application relates to pH sensitive polymersomes. The polymersomes are capable of degrading to resorbable materials at the mildly acidic pH of endosomes, which also allows for the avoidance of premature degradation of the payload liposome once the liposome is internalized within the cell. Thus, the polymersome can be used in a method for treating or preventing a disease. |
