A first aspect of the present invention provides a kit for detecting 1,5-AG, comprising a first reagent and a second reagent, wherein the first reagent includes glucose allosterase, glucose oxidase, peroxidase, Ascorbate oxidase, bilirubin oxidase, 4-AAP, surfactants, pH buffers, preservatives and stabilizers, the second reagents include pyranose oxidase, TOOS, pH buffers, preservatives and stabilizers agent. Using the kit provided by the present invention, the concentration of 1,5-AG can be detected by an ultraviolet and visible light analyzer or a semi-automatic/automatic biochemical analyzer, and no serum heavy carbohydrates such as glucose, mannose and fructose are detected during the detection process. It has the advantages of high stability, fast detection speed and high accuracy.
