titleOfInvention | An oxidoreductase GliT and its application in resisting mycotoxins |
abstract | The invention discloses an oxidoreductase GliT and its application in resisting mycotoxins. Oxidoreductase GliT, its amino acid sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. In view of the fact that there are no studies on the deep-sea fungus G. pallida FS140 against multiple mycotoxins. Therefore, the present invention obtained the oxidoreductase GliT gene sequence from the cDNA library of the deep-sea fungus FS140, and successfully imported it into S. cerevisiae BJ5464 to verify the anti-virus function, so as to improve the anti-glue toxin and its resistance of S. cerevisiae in the later stage. The ability of derivatives, trichothecenes, Eupenifeldin and Dicerandrol C toxins to enhance the heterologous expression level of related mycotoxins, and to analyze the mechanism of action of related mycotoxins to lay a foundation for molecular biology. The oxidoreductase GliT can clarify whether it has a degradation effect on related mycotoxins, and provide new ideas for the development of economical and feasible detoxification reagents and additives for the prevention and control of mycotoxins. |
