titleOfInvention | Filtrate reducer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of petrochemical materials, and discloses a filtrate reducer. The product developed by the invention comprises multi-aldehyde alginate, thermoplastic elastomer and hollow carbonized rice hull fiber; wherein the polyaldehyde alginate and the thermoplastic elastomer are wound on the surface of the hollow carbonized rice hull fiber; and under the action of a cross-linking agent terephthalaldehyde, the multi-aldehyde alginate forms a three-dimensional cross-linking network on the surface of the hollow carbonized rice hull fiber. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the filtrate reducer, which comprises the following steps: adding the polyaldehyde alginate dispersion into the dry mixed powder in batches, stirring and mixing while adding, adding the crosslinking agent terephthalaldehyde after adding, heating, stirring for reaction, cooling, and discharging to obtain the product. The product obtained by the invention has excellent filtration loss reduction performance and temperature resistance. |
