titleOfInvention | A kind of continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting flame retardant prepreg and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting flame retardant prepreg and a preparation method thereof, comprising a prepreg resin and a continuous fiber fabric, which are prepared by an environment-friendly hot-melt process. The resin content is 38-45%; the raw materials of the prepreg resin include epoxy resin, flame retardant, auxiliary aid, leveling aid, colorant, curing agent, and accelerator; wherein the accelerator includes a first accelerator and a second accelerator, the first accelerator is one or more of organic urea, thiourea or imidazole compounds, and the second accelerator is a complexed aromatic diamine. The flame retardant prepreg can realize the rapid heat input and heat output process at high temperature of 140~160℃, without affecting the mechanical properties of the material after molding, and can implement rapid curing molding for 3~6min. There is also excellent flame retardant performance, which can achieve UL94V0 flame retardant level. In addition, spray-free can be realized, eliminating the traditional grinding and spraying process. |
