abstract | The invention discloses a novel phosphorus-nitrogen-sulfur flame retardant and a preparation method thereof. In the reaction device, phosphorus oxychloride and thiomorpholine are mixed in a molar ratio of 1:1, and the reaction temperature is 0-10°C to obtain a chlorophosphoramide compound. The chlorophosphoramide compound is hydrolyzed to obtain the thiomorpholine phosphoramide compound. After the thiomorpholine phosphoric acid amide and 1%-5% amino trimethylene phosphonic acid are fully mixed, the novel phosphorus nitrogen sulfur flame retardant is prepared by dehydration reaction in an inert atmosphere or a high boiling point solvent, and the reaction temperature is 250 ℃ ‑320°C. |
