abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of chlorinated/epoxy fluorine-containing silicone oil and its application in room temperature vulcanization fluorosilicone rubber. The chloro/epoxy fluorine-containing silicone oil of the present invention simultaneously contains epoxy group, C-Cl bond, siloxy group and long-chain fluorocarbon group in the structure, and adopts trifluoropropyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and fluorocarbon alkenyl group. Compounds, alkenyl epoxy compounds, alkenyl alkoxysilanes and alkenyl chlorine-containing compounds are prepared by hydrosilation addition reaction under the action of platinum catalyst. The silicone oil itself has good reactivity, adhesion and water and oil repellency. . It is used to prepare room temperature vulcanized fluorosilicone rubber, the contact angle of water on the rubber surface can reach 126°, and the volume change rate of the rubber soaked in gasoline for 48h is less than 10%, indicating that the rubber has a good water and oil repellency effect. |
