abstract |
The invention discloses a 4-nitroaniline derivative, a synthesis method and application thereof, which are obtained by reacting 4-nitro-o-phenylenediamine and 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde in an organic solvent under heating conditions. Applicants' experiments show that the compound can inhibit the proliferation of primary airway smooth cells in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, reduce the progression of pulmonary hypertension and reduce the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
