abstract | The invention discloses a method for analyzing highly toxic arsenic form dimethyl monomercapto arsenic in rice grains. Including: PBS leaching and α-amylase enzymatic hydrolysis extraction; liquid chromatography tandem inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) combined with C18 reversed-phase column to analyze the arsenic form of rice grains and other steps. The method can extract the DMMTA V content in different rice grains stably and efficiently by collecting a large number of rice samples for arsenic extraction and analysis. Compared with the traditional acid hydrolysis method for analyzing arsenic species, this method has a high recovery rate and can also ensure that DMMTA V is not oxidized to DMA V . The method is simple to operate and the analysis time is short (<6min). Since DMMTA V is a newly discovered highly toxic form of arsenic in rice, this method is a new and effective method for analyzing the form of arsenic in rice. At the same time, it is of great significance for the analysis of highly toxic arsenic forms in rice and its products and food safety . |
