abstract | The invention discloses a skarn type copper-containing gold magnetite beneficiation process, which comprises the following steps: the ore is crushed in a three-section closed circuit to be less than 12mm, the ore is separated by a permanent magnet wet magnetic separator, magnetic concentrate is directly fed into a ball mill, magnetic tailings are fed into a linear vibrating screen for screening, and the second step is that: after grinding, performing mixed flotation to obtain copper-sulfur bulk concentrate, and performing copper-sulfur separation on the copper-sulfur bulk concentrate to obtain qualified copper concentrate and sulfur concentrate; step three: and (4) the mixed flotation tailings enter a primary rough, secondary fine and primary magnetic separation process to obtain qualified iron concentrate products. The invention makes full use of the special metal distribution with low copper content in the non-magnetic mineral in coarse fraction after the mineral is crushed, adds a pre-selection process before grinding, and throws waste coarse particles to be sold as building materials to generate economic benefit, and reduces the grinding and separation cost and tailing treatment cost of the materials in the department, and fine fraction materials in the non-magnetic materials do not enter a ball mill any more. |
