abstract The invention discloses a preparation device and a preparation method of a porous polymer for regulating porosity and arrangement by using surface acoustic waves. Generating a photosensitive prepolymer solution containing bubbles with controllable diameters in a microfluidic chip made of PDMS; introducing the solution into a liquid tank in which two pairs of positive interdigital electrodes are arranged to perform array arrangement regulation and control of bubbles; the method comprises the steps of curing a photosensitive prepolymer solution through an ultraviolet light source to prepare a single-layer bubble arrangement porous structure, continuously printing and continuous array arrangement of bubbles, and continuously regulating and controlling the pore size and the pore arrangement rule of a porous structure material to continuously print, so that the porous polymer material with anisotropic multiple layers and different pore diameters and different pore arrangement rules is prepared. The invention can realize the preparation of the porous polymer structure material which can accurately control the pore diameter and the pore arrangement rule, and has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation, strong controllability, high control precision, wide application range and the like.
