abstract The invention discloses a seed dressing agent for promoting the germination of seeds of crops planted in saline-alkali soil and a seed treatment method. The seed treatment method of the present invention comprises: step 1, firstly diluting the seed dressing agent with clear water, and then uniformly spraying the diluted seed dressing agent on the surface of seeds; step 2, scattering an inert porous material on the surface of the seeds, and then uniformly mixing the seeds and the inert porous material; and 3, exposing the seeds for 2-3 hours and then sowing. The seed dressing agent can improve the seed germination rate of crops planted in saline-alkali soil, promote the growth of the crops and improve the yield of the crops.
