abstract The invention relates to the technical field of bioengineering, and has 3 standard reference strains of Staphylococcus albicans with independent intellectual property rights in my country and conforms to domestic transmission rules, which can be used as standard reference strains in different fields such as food, medicine, and clinical testing. Their deposit numbers are: GDMCC 60854, GDMCC 60948 and GDMCC 60949. The three Staphylococcus albicans strains of the present invention have clear genetic background and clear information such as sample source, drug resistance and molecular detection target, and fully meet the requirements for standard strains in food, medicine and clinical testing. The present invention also relates to a set of specific target genes and corresponding PCR primers for detecting and identifying the above three standard strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Finally, the present invention also provides a lyophilized protective agent for Staphylococcus aureus with high survival rate and specificity, which can be used for long-term storage of the standard strain of the present invention.
