abstract |
The present invention relates to a hydrogel sensor based on modified fluorescein derivatives and a preparation method thereof. Using fluorescein as a fluorophore and phenylboronic acid pinacol as a specific recognition group for H 2 O 2 , a fluorescein derivative fluorescent probe FLA-Boe was synthesized. Using FLA-Boe as the functional monomer for sensing and recognition, a hydrogel sensor responsive to H 2 O 2 was prepared by the assembly scheme of host-guest interaction. The invention provides a preparation scheme of a reliable and convenient identification sensing system, and provides a simple and intelligent sensing system for identification and sensing in a complex water environment. |
