abstract |
The invention discloses a preparation method for improving the stability of perovskite quantum dots. The method firstly dissolves cesium carbonate in a mixed solvent of octadecene and oleic acid to obtain a Cs precursor, and then mixes and dissolves lead bromide and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in a volume ratio of 10:1:1. CsPbBr 3 @SDBS quantum dots were synthesized by hot injection method in a mixed solvent of octadecene, oleic acid and oleylamine. The method of the invention uses sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as a ligand to improve the stability of the CsPbBr 3 quantum dots and can be stably stored for 20 days. The method of the invention is simple and convenient, and is suitable for large-scale production. |
