titleOfInvention | High water absorption resin prepared continuously by reversed phase suspension polymerization |
abstract | The invention provides a high water-absorbent resin prepared continuously by reversed phase suspension polymerization. The resin is used for preparing the double-shell hollow water-absorbent resin particles by constructing a continuous suspension system and carrying out continuous two-section tubular polymerization. Introducing a high molecular template to form a core-shell structure in the early polymerization stage, then carrying out continuous tubular polymerization to form a double-shell layer, and finally removing the inner core to obtain the water-absorbing particles with the double-shell layer hollow structure. The water-absorbent resin particles have higher water absorption rate, higher liquid absorption rate and more concentrated particle size distribution. |
