The invention discloses a solid waste based LDH photocatalytic repair material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 30-60 parts by weight of titanium slag and 50-100 parts by weight of red mud to obtain a mixture; adding hydrochloric acid into the mixture, and adding 20-40 parts of waste scrap iron under an aeration condition to obtain a first reaction material; heating and aging the first reaction material, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain filtrate and filter residue; drying the filter residue to obtain dry residue; uniformly mixing the dry residues, the filtrate and 30-60 parts of waste concrete fine powder, and adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-11 to obtain a second reaction material; and ultrasonically vibrating and aging the second reaction material, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, and then drying to obtain the solid waste based LDH photocatalytic repair material. The invention realizes comprehensive utilization of the three wastes of titanium slag, red mud and waste concrete and can realize synchronous removal of heavy metals and organic pollutants. |
