abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and discloses an application of a broom corn millet gene molecular marker in identification of broom corn millet yield-related traits, which comprises designing a PCR primer and detecting by using a PCR method; parent selection is carried out, and F1 generation seeds are obtained through hybridization; planting F1 generation seeds into seedlings, harvesting F2 generation seeds, sowing F2 generation seeds, and harvesting hybrid filial generation; extracting total DNA and total RNA in leaf tissues of hybrid filial generations at different growth and development stages for molecular identification; selfing the obtained filial generation containing the molecular marker for multiple generations to obtain a preferred filial generation; and performing asexual propagation and culture and screening of tissue culture seedlings on the obtained preferred hybrid progeny by a tissue culture mode, and performing character identification. The method can effectively breed the excellent yield character variety of the broom corn millet; provides a new method for the auxiliary selection breeding of the broom corn millet molecular marker, and has important significance in the culture of broom corn millet varieties with high yield or research. |
