abstract The invention discloses a device and a method for co-producing gas fertilizer of an integrated methane tank, wherein the method comprises the following steps: adding 1-20% of anaerobic digestion inoculum into the biogas tank body through the feed inlet, adding solid organic waste and tempering water to control the concentration range of dry matters in the tank body to be 3-15%; starting a heating coil and a stirring motor, and controlling the fermentation process conditions as follows: the temperature is 30-43 ℃, the pH is 6-8.5, the ammonia nitrogen concentration is less than or equal to 5000mg/L, the refueling period is 10-50 days, and the volume fraction of refueling is 10-50%; after the treatment is finished, a liquid outlet pump is used for pumping out the solid-liquid mixture and using the solid-liquid mixture as a liquid fertilizer, and the using method comprises the following steps: the application amount per mu is less than 4 tons/time, and the application period is more than 10 days; the generated biogas sequentially enters a dehydration tank and a desulfurization tank; the marsh gas finally enters a marsh gas air bag for storage and use by users. The method and the device can be used in the north and the south of China at all seasons, fully considers the problems of uneven levels of rural operators and the like, and realizes 'fool' operation.
