abstract | The invention relates to the field of preparation of butadiene-isoprene copolymers. A method for synthesizing random butadiene-isoprene copolymers is disclosed, comprising: (1) under nitrogen protection and without a regulator, adding butadiene to a mixture of an inert solvent and an organolithium initiator The mixture of diene monomer and isoprene monomer is copolymerized, and the mixture is controlled to be added within 10-40min, and then the copolymerization is completed after 5-40min; wherein, the mixture of inert solvent, organic lithium initiator and mixture is used. The total weight is the benchmark, and the content of the mixture in the copolymerization reaction is 15-20% by weight; (2) the active butadiene polymer product obtained in step (1) is coupled and terminated, and an anti-aging agent is added to obtain random butadiene ‑Isoprene Copolymer. Realizing the preparation of butadiene-isoprene copolymer with random distribution at high monomer concentration content without using structural modifier and without changing catalyst system, further automobile tire tread rubber has low rolling resistance performance. |
