The composition includes: (a) isocyanate binder, (b) powder auxiliary, (c) organic auxiliary, (d) yttrium compound and (e) aqueous emulsion. The method for preparing a wood-based panel comprises the following steps: mixing the components (a) and (c) and applying them to the surface and core layer units; mixing the component (b) and the component (d) and adding them to the surface layer units; adjusting the obtained surface layer units , the moisture content of the core unit, and then paving, pre-pressing, and hot-pressing to prepare the rough board; after sanding treatment, spray the component (e) on the upper and lower surfaces of the board to be veneered, and finally veneer to obtain an aldehyde-free wood-based panel. . The composition can obviously reduce the edge chipping of wood-based panels after veneering, and is suitable for improving the problem of chipping and edge chipping of particleboard (PB) and veneeable oriented strand board (OSB) under low isocyanate addition, and has a great impact on the opening of straw board. The edge collapse problem is more effective. |
