titleOfInvention | Coating and welding rod for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloy steel and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of welding materials, and discloses a coating and a welding rod for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloy steel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the coating comprises, by weight, 10-25% of cryolite, 5-20% of marble, 5-15% of strontium carbonate, 10-20% of rutile, 2-5% of alumina, 10-15% of chromium metal, 5-10% of manganese metal, 3-8% of nickel metal, 5-15% of ferrocolumbium, 0.3-1.0% of CMC, 0.3-1.0% of sodium alginate and 0.3-1.0% of soda ash; its welding rod and its preparing process are also disclosed. The welding rod is used for solving the defects that the existing nickel-based alloy welding rod has high molten pool viscosity, poor fluidity, easy generation of tiny air holes, incomplete fusion, high crack sensitivity, easy generation of welding hot cracks and the like in different degrees during welding. Meanwhile, the welding rod has good welding process performance and good plasticity and toughness. |
