The invention relates to a catalyst for producing n-butanol by gas-phase hydrogenation of n-butyraldehyde and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of catalysts. The catalyst includes active component Cu, promoter Ni and catalyst carrier SiO 2 . The invention adopts the precipitation method to prepare the catalyst, the specific surface area of the catalyst is 100 m 2 /g~230 m 2 /g, the average pore diameter is 8.6 nm~13 nm, and the average pore volume is 0.35 ml/g~0.65 ml/g. The catalyst of the invention has the characteristics of high n-butyraldehyde conversion rate, high n-butanol selectivity and high stability, and is easy to popularize and apply in industry. |
