The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous stent with a multi-level nested pore structure, belonging to the technical field of preparing a biocompatible and degradable porous stent. Build a model in the mold software, use a light-curing 3D printer based on surface exposure technology to print the stent structure, clean the printed stent and put it into a special solution for natural growth, so that the inner and outer surfaces of the stent are covered with bone-promoting growth factors. Biocompatible and degradable composite bonding layers are adequately covered and post-processed. The scaffold prepared by the method of the invention has a complex multi-level nested pore structure, the large surface area facilitates the full attachment and growth of cells, the continuous release of the bone growth factor improves the cell proliferation rate and the binding tightness, and the scaffold material is the same as the biological material during the degradation process. The ratio of mutual conversion between active substances and autologous tissue replacement has been greatly increased, and it has a good application prospect in the field of medical-industrial integration. |
