abstract The invention discloses a working water tank and a preparation method of a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) heat-shrinkable label film based on the same, wherein a water receiving tray is arranged at the bottom of a first water tank, the bottom of the water receiving tray is connected to the upper end of the side surface of a modulation water tank through a pipeline, the lower section of the side surface of the modulation water tank far away from the first water tank is connected to the upper section of the side surface of a balance water tank through a pipeline, the lower section of the side surface of the balance water tank far away from a water inlet is connected to a buffer tank through a pipeline, the buffer tank is fixed on the side surface of the first water tank, the buffer tank and the modulation water tank are respectively positioned at two sides of the first water tank, and micropores are arranged on the connection surface of the buffer tank and the first water tank; a water pipe between the first water tank and the modulation water tank, a water pipe between the modulation water tank and the balance water tank and a water pipe between the balance water tank and the buffer tank are all provided with a water pump and a valve, and a filter is also arranged on the water pipe between the first water tank and the modulation water tank; and provides a method for preparing the PVC heat-shrinkable label film by using the water tank as processing equipment.
