abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a surface anti-scouring low-density ablation heat-proof material, which comprises the following steps: preparing a gradient fiber preform with a continuous fiber fabric at the upper layer and a low-density fiber net tire at the lower layer; coating an anti-scouring coating precursor coating; vacuumizing to volatilize the solvent and then solidifying the precursor; preparing an impregnation liquid, impregnating the gradient fiber preform, curing and drying to obtain the surface anti-scouring low-density ablation heat-proof material. The invention also provides an ablation heat-proof material prepared by the method. The ceramic precursor of the ablation heat-proof material prepared by the invention is more uniform in composition, large in coating amount, good in ceramic layer sintering performance, easy to form an ablation-resistant ceramic surface layer, more reliable in scouring resistance and particularly suitable for forming special-shaped complex-structure heat-proof materials. |
