Reaction 2: Epoxy resin B is obtained from resin A and general formula (2) or general formula (3) under the action of a phosphine-based catalyst. Reaction 3: The phosphorus-containing epoxy resin C is obtained by reacting a polyfunctional epoxy resin with an organophosphorus compound having one active hydrogen atom bonded to a phosphorus atom. Reaction 4: The epoxy group of resin B and the active hydrogen of resin C undergo an addition reaction under the action of phosphorus-based catalyst by resin B and resin C, and epoxy resin D is generated. The copper clad panel processed by the epoxy resin D has excellent flexibility, high peeling resistance, high glass softening point temperature and good processability.
