titleOfInvention | A kind of injectable polyhydroxy polymer hydrogel and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an injectable polyhydroxy polymer hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. First, a macromonomer containing an acrylate bond is prepared by a one-pot method. The specific method is to hydrolyze the glycidyl methacrylate monomer first. 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester is generated, and then polymerized by a free radical initiator to obtain a polymer. The obtained polymer is then modified with acrylate bonds with a certain degree of substitution to obtain a polymer containing acrylate bonds. Injectable hydrogels are then prepared by reacting with polythiol reactants. The hydrogels with tunable mechanical properties and gelation time were prepared by adjusting the concentrations of macromonomers and small thiol groups and the ratio of double bonds and thiol groups. The preparation method is simple, and has injectability at the same time, and the mechanical properties and gel formation time can be changed as required. |
