The invention discloses a method for determining the upper limb lymph flow ratio based on indocyanine green imaging, which specifically includes the following steps: S1, injecting a contrast agent indocyanine green before surgery; S2, extruding the contrast agent; S3, obtaining the upper limb lymphatic return Angiography video; S4, calculating the ratio of lymph flow between the upper and lower axillary veins; S5, predicting the occurrence of postoperative edema in a patient according to the lymph flow ratio, and the invention relates to the technical field of medical measurement. This method based on indocyanine green imaging to determine the ratio of upper extremity lymphatic flow uses the relationship between the lymphatic flow ratio of the upper and lower extremities of the axillary vein in breast cancer patients and the occurrence of postoperative edema, and calculates the upper and lower extremities of the axillary vein through preoperative analysis. The lymphatic flow ratio predicts the risk of postoperative edema and guides the formulation of surgical plans. When the ratio of upper and lower lymphatic drainage of the axillary vein is greater than 30%, it is recommended that patients undergo standard axillary lymph node dissection; otherwise, axillary lymph node dissection to protect upper limb lymphatic system function is performed. |
