This method based on indocyanine green imaging to determine the ratio of upper extremity lymphatic flow uses the relationship between the lymphatic flow ratio of the upper and lower extremities of the axillary vein in breast cancer patients and the occurrence of postoperative edema, and calculates the upper and lower extremities of the axillary vein through preoperative analysis. The lymphatic flow ratio predicts the risk of postoperative edema and guides the formulation of surgical plans. When the ratio of upper and lower lymphatic drainage of the axillary vein is greater than 30%, it is recommended that patients undergo standard axillary lymph node dissection; otherwise, axillary lymph node dissection to protect upper limb lymphatic system function is performed.
